Service Description

This module introduces the legal framework within which businesses and accountants operate. You’ll study the sources of law, contract law, torts, employment law, and company law, including directors’ duties and shareholder rights. The aim is to give you enough grounding to recognise when legal advice is required and to apply basic legal principles in a business context.
